"That looking carefully at the surrounding events in perspective, Mrs. Annie Idibia, nee Macaulay is a daughter of Akwa Ibom State and the gift of a Prado SUV from her governor is only a gesture of love and goodwill. Her resolve to stand by her husband on his journey right from his days of youthful beginnings to stardom even in the face of challenges was commendable and a true attribute of the Akwa Ibom women.
“It is however unbecoming that mischief makers and enemies of progress have decided to inflame the social media with incongruous reports that the State Government is sponsoring an entourage of party supporters to the wedding in Dubai, when in fact the Government is only sponsoring the travel expenses of twenty of her family members at an estimated cost of roughly Three Million Naira (N3,000,000.00) only.”



Just 3m?!! Only! And  people are dragging your name in public? Shio, nonsense. They should go away jare.  Me sef proud daughter of Akwa Ibom. I changed my name but for real proud daughter of Akwa Ibom..... #prado jeep thgz

Was reading an article by a CNN columnist Douglas Rushkoof- why I quit facebook. He had some interesting points. But that isn’t the purpose of my article. It got me thinking about the do’s and don’ts of facebook.      So, what is considered proper behaviour on facebook? Well, after a little digging around, I discovered there is a wealth of knowledge on the very subject. So, here is most of what I can find, plus a few of mine. Let’s start with the NO-NO’s- DONTS 1.         Avoid adding strangers. Unless I missed the memo by facebook saying there were prizes for the most number of friends.   Background story - Oskar Pistorius , South African sprinter was charged to court for the murder of his model girlfriend - Reeva Steenkamp. Initial claims of mistaken identity were heard in the media. The police have since debunked the rumors. Reporting that the couple had a rocky relationship. With earlier reports of domestic violence. Mr Pistorius has been charged with the murder of his girlfriend. Following this, Mr Femi Fani-Kayode decided to share his opinion on Facebook.Mr Femi Fani-Kayode , former minister of aviation , claims that obviously Oskar Pistorius was provoked.
